The first step to creating a piece of art starts with a white canvas, or, in the case of brick and mortar, a white window. White Window was born out of a need to discover spaces that were masterpieces; beautiful to look at, wonderful to live and work in, and where people could thrive and coexist under the same sun.

Renters. Homeowners. Leasers. Lessees. We are all four ourselves; which means since our first musketeer arrived in Dubai 22 years ago we have been on a real estate adventure.

For over two decades, we dealt with all this and more - agents who didn’t always know the law, the neighborhoods they were canvassing, the school districts they recommended, the commercial block they assumed was above board. It was their inefficiency that pushed us to do our own research; to learn how the system worked, study every neighbourhood, understand the economic growth of the country, and along the way, we became accidental experts who friends, family, clients, and business associates would turn to for real estate advice.
